MBA Structure
This 12 month Full-time MBA programme focuses on a range of core business disciplines and integrating courses to build your capability for incisive analysis, innovation and strategic leadership. It also allows participants a choice of specialisation in finance, strategy, entrepreneurship or sustainability.
In semester 1 and 2A, students study ten foundation courses in major disciplines; this is the foundation upon which the whole MBA is built. These include a course in creative strategy and a week long integrative project. In addition students select four specialist option courses. Here you tailor your studies towards your career interests, through the selection of your option courses. Learning about strategy also becomes a central feature of the programme at this stage.
MBA Capstone Project
The Capstone Project is an opportunity for in-depth research on significant, real-world problems through a business plan, a consultancy, or a specialist research topic.
Recently introduced is the option of a specialisation route consisting of taking two options and the MBA Capstone Project in a specific area of focus. Students will have their specialisation recognised with a Business School Certificate in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Strategy or Sustainability. Specialisations must be agreed in advance with the programme team.
The MBA with International Exchange pathway includes the same core courses as the full-time programme, but it is distinguished by the opportunity for participants to spend 2-3 months abroad. The international component includes an exchange with one of our 11 University partners.

During semester 2B students registered for the MBA (with International exchange) programme will study at one of our international exchange universities. We have listed the current exchange universities in the below table. Please note that the number of exchange opportunities at each university will vary each year and places at USA universities are particularly limited and thus we cannot always guarantee your first choice.
Finally students will undertake a Capstone Project between June and August. The Capstone Project is an opportunity for in-depth research on significant, real-world problems through a business plan, a consultancy, or a specialist research topic.
