This is such an inspiring and motivating story. I could not agree more with what this story stands for. Women need to stand up for themselves in the workplace in order to be strong leaders. These are the leaders that will come up on top and be able to start a movement for other young females around the world. Obviously I agree that women should be treated as equals, but I believe that there are certain things, certain attributes that we naturally possess that can benefit us greatly. As mentioned above, women are better at reading nonverbal body language, this is a huge benefit! We exhaust these characteristics and skills that we have in order to gain the recognition, and full potential we deserve!

I agree that women are much better at interpreting body language and unconscious cues to figure out what somebody wants. The problem then is standing up for youself without being labelled a 'b***ch'!
I've decided to embrace this annoyingly sexist label. I get things done efficiently and do it as nicely as possible without wasting time or feeling the need to please everybody. If you are unashamed of your behaviour and remain professional people are much less likely to judge you.

You're an amazing woman with amazing experiences. Good luck with what's next!

I went into waitering straight after my first degree for a few month - I see nothing wrong with and in fact as a negotiator it probably helped.
