Responsibilities: Process and management consultant for a backup and recovery tier one vendor for the MEA region. Evaluate Pre-sales engineers and presentation skills in delivering Webinars and classroom based training. Developing processes and procedures for partner engagement and enablement in the region. The analysis of the training and developing needs of Partners and Distributors in the region to become training centres. Advising partners on best practices of the project design and scope, proof of concepts and post sale implementations. Actively promoting ‘The Training Academy’ and the benefits of the technical engineer’s certification to new and existing partners. Writing and editing the on-line examination questions for the global Certified Engineers programme. Attending both the 360 (London, 2010) and GITEX (Dubai, 2010) Expo’s and engaging with prospective partners. Conducting meetings and interviewing potential partners to investigate their potential, technical competence and readiness for partner registration.
