Key responsibilities
•Consultant for client for the company system re-engineering and Business Process Management (BPM).
•Conduct industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Gather and document client's current business processes, human resources and technology capabilities and requirements.
•Perform Human Resource and financial assessments to support the development of new business processes.
•Design, develop and deliver new business processes, capabilities and suggest supporting technologies.
•Develop communications and training to support change management activities.
•Work with a small team to execute project components to scope, schedule and budget.
•In charge of the internal lean processes.
•Lean Six-sigma training for internal staffs.
