As an external consultant in Business Development Unit at City University, I helped School of Community and Health Science to explore the Chinese health education market and to develop links with health education institutes in China. This involved liaising with other institutes and often negotiating with potential partners of City University. The work involved working with other team members within Business Development Unit in order to set clear targets and develop strategies.

Auditing was one important task as well. As an administrator, I also had some secretarial duties. While I was there, two local companies that were important to local infrastructure were merging. I was involved withcarrying out some of the due diligence work, as the merger would have a significant impact on the local economy.
