Henley MBA Starts A Triple Accredited MBA Group On LinkedIn
The three major accreditors of MBA programs
The Triple Accredited MBA group has recently been created on linkedin. This is a professional group and forum for individuals that have earned a MBA (Masters of Business Administration) degree from a triple accredited (aka triple crown) business school. This group is also open to individuals who are looking to or may pursue an MBA at a leading school in the future.
To provide some background and context, less than 1% of all business schools hold this extremely high quality and prestigious status. Of the 13,670 business schools worldwide, only 55 have Triple Accreditation as of November 2011.
Triple Accreditation is awarded by the three largest and most influential business school accreditation associations, namely:
- AACSB - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (based in Tampa, Florida);
- AMBA - The Association of MBAs (based in London);
- EQUIS - European Quality Improvement System (based in Brussels).
This group’s purpose is to identify new contacts, exchange ideas, and facilitate career advancement between alumni.
Please note this group is open for MBAs and anyone thinking of embarking on the MBA journey now or in the future.
