MIP To Host Free Online Open MBA Class
Ever wondered what happens inside an MIP MBA classroom?
MIP Politecnico di Milano are hosting an Online Open Class on Tuesday, 11th October at 6pm European Summer Time. The event will be hosted by Professor Dell’Era on the topic of “Design-Driven Innovation”.
The session will be reflective of the real MBA experience and will therefore be pretty interactive and will be based on lecture and practical cases. Any one who registers will be sent some material to read before the event – this wouldn’t be reflective of a real MBA if you didn’t have stacks of books to study!
The lecturer will be Claudio Dell’Era who lectures at MIP and whose main area of research activity lies within the area of ‘Management of Innovation’.
Specifically his research interests are about two main streams: the former concentrates on innovation strategies developed by leading companies that operate in design-intensive industries where symbolic and emotional values represents critical success factors to generate competitive advantage (Management of Design-Driven Innovation); while the latter analyzes approaches and practices adopted during innovation processes by high-tech companies that face turbulent environments (Management of Technological Innovations in Turbulent Environments).
Dell’Era has published in relevant international journals, such as Journal of Product Innovation Management, Long Range Planning, R&D Management, International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Industry & Innovation, International Journal of Innovation Management.

Anyone serious about completing and MBA serious would be crazy not to take the opportunity of this free open class do gain a better understanding about what an MBA entails.
