An entrepreneur has to be “innovative and creative”, says Ibukunoluwa Odukomaiya, from Lagos in Nigeria, who is currently completing the Full-time MBA at Nottingham University Business School.

This is why Ibukunoluwa, who has always known she wanted to run her own business, decided to specialize in entrepreneurship. With a background in financial services, she hopes to become a consultant advising a range of small businesses on strategy and growth.
