How happy must Harvard Professor Paul Gompers be? His class on start-up finance got Section J of the class of 2008 all up in the lecture hall aisles grooving and singing about termsheets and Sarbanes Oxley.
Sure, they sound a little like nails on a chalkboard, but with a hook like "Take your firm down and sell it all around", who's complaining?
