University life is a stepping stone for most people. What people learn over the course of their education goes a long way towards making them responsible workers (or not).

With this in mind, Edouard Larpin, student at Cass Business School, has decided to devote the first edition of his podcast "Cass Ethics" to how important ethics in business education really are.

In the first in a series of interviews with academics and business practitioners, Edouard brings us the opinions of Professor Paul Palmer, Associated Dean for Ethics, Sustainability and Engagement at Cass Business School.

Palmer provides an insight into the School's ethics program, what graduate recruiters look for, and how sometimes business isn't just about making profits.
