The AGCAS conference will feature 80 workshops covering everything you would want to know about getting your students into jobs
Preparations are in full swing for the premier event in the UK's higher education careers calendar, the AGCAS Biennial Conference, which takes place at the University of Nottingham from 13 to 15 September 2011.
The conference is aimed at anyone interested in careers information, advice and guidance, employability and/or the graduate labour market. The theme is Working Smarter for Sustainability and Success.
The three-day conference will include keynote presentations from Will Hutton, Executive Vice Chair of The Work Foundation; Richard Riley, Executive Officer, Universities West Midlands; and Ruth Spellman OBE, Chair of the UK Careers Professional Alliance.
There’s also a packed schedule of workshops and opportunities to network with careers professionals, employers, academics, managers, policy-makers, representatives from professional organisations, publishers, and service providers.
