Educational Testing Service (ETS) announced the release of an enhanced GRE® Comparison Tool for Business Schools at its website. I have just checked it. It is really easy to compare GRE and GMAT.
GRE Comparison Tool for Business Schools
Why GRE is important for business schools: (from ETS)
The GRE General Test makes good business sense because it:
•provides access to a diverse candidate pool — worldwide, more than 600,000 people from about 230 countries test annually
•measures the skills that business schools value — verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking and analytical writing
•is a valid predictor of success in a broad variety of programs — including business — as demonstrated by independent research
•provides common measures and score data for comparing applicants' qualifications across different educational backgrounds, countries of origin and intended majors
•measures the same level of math knowledge as other leading graduate admission tests
•presents many questions in a business context
•does not presume advanced knowledge in any specific content area, including business
When you accept GRE scores it is good news for your applicants, too, because it is:
•the only admissions test that can help them pursue their MBA and other graduate degrees, depending on their career path
•offered at more locations than any other graduate-level admissions test — approximately 700 test centers in more than 160 countries
•more affordable and includes FREE services such as the GRE Search Service and four ETS Personal Potential Index Evaluation Reports. Test fee reductions are available for eligible candidates
