Nyenrode Business University is offering three full-tuition MBA scholarships, worth €32,500 each, in an innovative competition to find the world’s most entrepreneurial future MBA students.
The International MBA Challenge 2011 is an online competition, where 90 students from a variety of different professional, national and cultural backgrounds will be invited to present a 60 second pitch to a live jury in an online classroom. The jury, comprised of faculty, staff and current students, will select the three best pitches to award the scholarships to for Nyenrode’s International MBA programme starting in September 2011.
This is the first time that an interactive online classroom format has been used to judge such a competition and, along with the innovative ‘Apps in Business Course’, reinforces the Nyenrode International MBA’s position at the cutting edge of the application of innovation in business.
Desiree van Gorp, Program Manager of the International MBA, says, “As a university we’re always looking for remarkable students, wherever they may be in the world. This competition allows us to interact with these students in a personal way. Despite being based at a 13th century medieval castle, Nyenrode is clearly at the forefront of the new technology revolution.”
The International MBA Challenge has started on May 31st and the deadline to enter the competition is June 22nd, 2011. The final round is on June 28th in the online environment.
