  • Mexican company specialized in the design and operation of outsourcing solutions in information processing and document management. Operates 9 Document Centres extending over 107,000 sq. ft. and employing +1,000 collaborators, covering Mexican territory and Spain.
  • Key Achievements
  •  Strategically redesigned the processes, structure and budget of the operations department in coordination with the direction (Finance, HR, Operations and General Direction). Achieved by the creation and reengineering of new divisions including Quality Assurance, Document Storage, Imaging Process and Customer Service and Logistics.
  •  Coordinated the planning, implementation, monitoring and control of a portfolio of +20 projects with 5 Project Leaders reporting directly for customers from diverse industries including finance, retailing, pharmaceutical, educational, consumer’s goods telecoms and government.
  •  Developed in coordination with the R&D department and US and German partners +10 flexible software programs for internal operation management as well as for customer tailored solutions.
  •  Led the customer relationship and services for a portfolio of +200 customers including operations with European-based partners with 12 direct project and team leaders and over 200 indirect reports including cooperation with the Sales and the Marketing departments.
  •  Administrated 7 Document Centers in Mexico including suppliers’ relationship, responsible for a workforce of +500.
  •  Cooperated in achieving the ISO27001:2005 and ISO9001:2008 Certifications for the entire operations department and whole company processes leading the training and implementation.

  • The largest Archive Project in the Mexican Mortgage Sector. The largest mortgage institution in Latin America was looking to improve its control of +3 million credit records scattered in 70 offices around the country and expand its lending capacity through the securitization of its portfolio,
  • Key Achievements
  •  Designed, planned and implemented the processes and budget for the continuity of the project including methodology and logistics as well as monitoring and real time communication and CRM winning a multiannual extension of the contract.
  •  Developed in coordination with external Soft Ware Company the ad-hoc software for the project.
  •  Organized the HR structure for the project, designing the required job profiles, selecting, recruiting and managing +300 collaborators in 3 shifts.
  •  Cooperated with achieving the ISO:9001 Certification, by leading the training and implementation of the ISO philosophy and methodology within Infonavit's Project Team with auditable processes and results.

  •  Evaluated and quantified all the involved resource expenditures for the selected projects.
  •  Generated in coordination with the consultancy team the final report and presentation that were shown to DCM and CONACYT Management board, obtaining the resources for the majority.
