Bio
I'm an educator, speaker, and consultant on ethics.I received my MA and PhD in Philosophy from the University of British Columbia. Prior to moving to Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Management (in Toronto), I taught Ethics and Critical Thinking for over a decade in the Philosophy Department at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
I've published on a wide range of topics within Business Ethics, Professional Ethics, and the Ethics of Technology.
I am also co-author of Canada’s best-selling textbook on critical thinking, The Power of Critical Thinking.
I'm a Nonresident Senior Fellow at Duke University’s Kenan Institute for Ethics, and have been declared one of the “100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics” four years in a row. He also writes a popular blog on business ethics, which can be found at www.BusinessEthicsBlog.com
