• Managed a client team of eight experts in a pilot transition project for Italian entities of a global transportation client in order to set up shared services operations within three months in Romania and to transfer finance and accounting processes within an additional four months while harmonizing key finance processes and leveraging wage arbitrage and economies of scale
• Managed multiple project teams of five to fifteen persons in four European countries over two years transferring finance and accounting processes from 14 legal entities of a global chemical client to the newly set-up shared service center environment; in charge of complex transitions, which involved parallel mergers, post-merger support from acquisitions, and parallel SAP implementations with identical go-live dates
• Led a work stream at an automotive client conducting a component business model vision workshop and performing a product portfolio analysis based on interviews and questionnaires to advise on best-practice recommendations on the client’s finance roadmap
• During a reorganization initiative at a global electronics producer in the United Kingdom, developed a European target model for the organizational back-office structures and a recommendation for benefit realization and tracking, analyzed feasibilities, and advised on the implementation strategy as well as the people migration approach
