• I am currently in the Antitrust department at Freshfields, working mostly on merger clearances and antitrust analysis of the relevant markets. I have also spent time in:
• Corporate (Private equity) working on large private equity M&A transactions such as Cargill's 1.5 billion euro acquisition of Provimi;
• Energy, Procurement & Construction (working mostly on procurement projects for Land Securities, Siemens and other government entities);
• Dispute Resolution working on high profile litigation matters such as Mr. Berezovsky's's claim against Mr. Abramovich and Mr. Anisimov;
• European dispute resolution, working on follow-on damages litigation against Bayer with regards to a rubber cartel and attending dawn raids.
