Have developed a strong background in the Plastics industry from Product design and development, to Business development. Wish to further pursue the career path of Business Management in the Plastics industry.I am a strong team player with excellent leadership skills, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams in new product introductions as well as new systems implementation. I am known for being very resourceful and capable to take on a new challenge.
I have coordinated a working team of 6 members in a company-wide ISO/TS: 16949 implementation, and obtained certification within 1 year of project commencement.
I have completed many new product rollouts in various industries in less than a year from commencement of new product development.
