My leadership potential and teamwork were best represented by my military experience in South Korean Air Force as a lieutenant. I worked in the headquarter of a regiment that comprises more than 200 professional soldiers and engineers, and more than 3000 monthly trainees for aeronautical engineering. When I began working there, I found its honorary rank in Korean Air Force was very low compared to its role and responsibility. So I helped my regiment improve its public image with my long-term engineering training plan for all the crews of Air Force, administration, public relation, air-base defense project and their supervision. Thanks to my colleagues' collaboration with me, my regiment got the honor of “the Best Unit” in the Korean Air Force Training Command for 2 years, and positioned itself as a very reliable unit thereafter.

After the military service I spent most of the time as an autodidact to study law and science like philosophy and engineering. Comprehensive knowledge and analysis skill backed by insight to find out the best solution for most of the communities were the target I had in mind when I began the study. With this I could provide some helpful consultings to some small or medium Korean businesses, after I started to work. The companies were so small that I had to deal with most of the matters they met, from strategy and marketing to human resources, and they could ensure sustainable position after I worked with them.

As I got more experienced as time went by, I wish to settle down in a specific area to which I can devote myself for the last of my career.
