Managing Consultant

• Designed a management tool to track and forecast the annual £10M consulting costs of Europe’s largest public-private partnership (£6B) allowing IBM to reduce consulting costs by 15%; resulted in promotion to Managing Consultant.
• Developed a shared service centre strategy that streamlined management tasks; implemented at 50 military bases across Germany, improving administrative processes for 245,000 soldiers and resulting in cost reductions of £400M.

Consultant

• Created the business process to administer a new £17M after-school student activity programme for a German state, facilitated workshops with two ministries and over 30 service providers to create an efficient process.
• Worked as the lead consultant on a project targeted at planning the £4.6B budget of the German Ministry of Interior more efficiently.
