• I was in charge of defining, planning, and launching flagship online stores for the most famous fashion brands in the world while keeping a strong focus on the communication between clients, stakeholders, global operations, and tech teams (back-end, platform, and product-focused front-end).
• The online stores were built upon a home-made ASP platform consisting of modules (services) that could be placed together and customized at the visualization (front-end) level.
• My responsibilities included:
• - Advising potential clients on e-commerce trends best practices
• - Collecting, negotiating and defining features and project timelines
• – Following product implementation by front-end and UX teams (with support from back-end and platform when needed)
• - Defining logistics workflows with operations (warehouses in US, JP, CN, HK, IT)
