Have one and a half year of work experience as a manager assistant in Tianjin Port International Logistics Development , Ltd.,I addition to help the manager deal with daily tasks, acts as the inntermediate between the department manager and the other functional departments of the company, and handle basic problems for customers of the shipping center, I have composed the "property management commission contract", set up "peformance appraisal system" for the maintance company of the shipping centre, and composed nearly all the management regulations for the shipping service center. My patience, enshusiastic and appropriate syle of handling problems made me appraised by the customers.Moreover, I also have half the year of work experience in project budget calculation and got biological background in my undergraduate study, which enriched my knowledge and also means that I am able to handle various jobs in very different industries. Before I came to Cranfield, I have already got a MSc in International Business from Stirling University (Scotland), which I believe can make me more competitive than most of the other candidates.
