2010 – present	Managing Director Selat Melaka Shipbuilding Corporation Responsible for both the daily operations of the shipyard and developing and implementing strategic business plans for the long term future of the company. He manages and oversees the entire shipyard operations and vessel construction from the engineering phase to final delivery in accordance with the highest Bureau Veritas standards. He is responsible to lead the management team to achieve competitive cost, on-time delivery and high quality and innovative vessels. Kamrul is accountable to the board and the shareholders of the company and serves as a Director and Board Member of several Inai Kiara group subsidiary companies and international joint venture companies in the dredging, reclamation and associated marine businesses, including companies in Malaysia, India and Europe. He also presides on several executive, advisory and steering committees within the group.
2008 – 2011	Director - Finance & Corporate Services Inai Kiara Dredging Pvt Ltd Manages the full spectrum of finance and corporate services. Kamrul dedicates to ensure the continuity of Inai Kiara's management in all financial / commercial aspects of the company.
