  • CIS Business Development: Wrote and delivered Russian marketing presentations on developing JI projects to Russian corporates, negotiated with potential business developers in Moscow and Kiev.
  • Transaction manager for potential investment in a $45m waste gas to energy project in East Java, Indonesia; commuted to Jakarta over period of seven months.
  • Designed optimal deal structure for $32m of financing, including tax-efficient high-coupon debt, equity ownership and carbon finance element. Negotiated deal with Indonesian and Singaporean counterparts.
