I have extensive international experience in a range of service industries, and my particular strengths are in Customer Service and IT, in service design, process and project management, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and HR. I am a multi-lingual manager - fluent in English, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch, expert at building relationships. I have been awarded the Thomson Reuters Scholarship for the One Planet MBA at the University of Exeter Business School in 2011 - 2012
