I have extensive international experience in a range of service industries, and my particular strengths are in Customer Service and IT, in service design, process and project management, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and HR. I am a multi-lingual manager - fluent in English, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch, expert at building relationships. I have been awarded the Thomson Reuters Scholarship for the One Planet MBA at the University of Exeter Business School in 2011 - 2012

2009 – 2012	Facilities Manager Fujitsu Technology Solutions , Portugal Managed logistics, security, health and safety and supplier relationships for an estate of offices and warehouses in six locations throughout Portugal. • Brought together all facilities in Portugal for the first time under the same central management • Negotiated 15% cost reductions for utility bills and new/existing vendor contracts • Implemented a new recycling system • Managed the outsourcing of the position upon departure
2008 – 2009 (Sep – Oct)	Service Manager Fujitsu Services , Portugal Coordinated Service Desks of key international clients (Total PCH and Legrand), leading daily operations, managing large teams, communication and client relationships. 2000 – 2002	Training and Quality Manager Sykes France SA , France Implemented COPC 2000 quality standard and Blue Pumpkin staffing and scheduling tool; Coordinated training activities throughout a Contact Centre with 250 Employees; Coached and developed a team of 4 Trainers and Quality Monitors; Organised processes and procedures for the Contact Centre.
