Implemented Oracle software solutions for both national and international customers gaining demonstrable effectiveness in a number of industries including: pharma, fashion, logistic and financial services.
Played an active role in cross selling and up selling to key customers, delivering effective presentations on economic advantages of switching to Oracle solutions.
Key achievements:
⇒ Led implementation team (6 Oracle consultants and 3 customers' developers) for an Italian global player leader in logistic sector
⇒ Appointed Country leader and coordinator for an international project. The customer, Verifone Israel, rolled out Oracle ERP in 4 countries (France, Poland, Italy and UK). Project was delivered in time and in budget (4 months, 300K EUR)
⇒ Reengineered and delivered the automatization of Purchasing processes for the Italian branch of a Singapore based International Port Authority. Replaced previous third party consultant who failed in the aim. Project was coordinated by IT team in Singapore but delivered in Italy. Gained a deep trust of customer, who requested for my expertise several times after project ending
⇒ Trained purchasing department resources (20 people) for the usage of the new implemented software. The customer reported my Manager an outstanding feedback for this activity
