Michelle A. Farber seeks a challenging, full-time leadership role where she can leverage her global communications and strategy skills. She is a results-driven and analytical business development and strategic communications professional with an MBA, blue chip consulting experience and impressive track record of developing and implementing global strategies. As Founder & Managing Director of Farber Strategies Ltd., a London-based, emerging markets-focused communications and business development consultancy, Michelle guides start-ups in the conceptualisation and implementation of their strategic visions.

She graduated from The Lancaster University MBA programme in 2011 and focussed her studies on strategy and emerging markets, including international study abroad stints at world-renowned universities in Mumbai, India and Beijing, China. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and has a genuine interest in human behaviour and decision-making. Her international travels to 46 countries coupled with her exposure to highly complex , multinational organisations has helped her to understand how to build and maintain trust amongst a diverse group of stakeholders. She is a citizen of the US and UK.

The success of this initiative resulted in leadership buy-in for fast-track implementation of numerous media platforms.
