2012 – present	Intern - Entrepreneur in Residence Project Firefly , Switzerland Performed key qualitative and quantitative market, competitive and business analysis, identified potential business growth opportunities, prioritized them based on cost-benefit analysis and priority. Defined Product vision and roadmap, identified consumer needs, created personas, enhanced existing product. Engaged closely with the technical team to help determine the best implementation methods. Created financial models for revenue growth, expected investments and service pricing.
2010 – 2011 (Oct – Jan)	Sr Sales Consultant Oracle , India Responsible for Web 2.0 sales consulting for North and East India regions. Actively engaged with customers at business function level in order to do process and project scoping; support partners in bid qualification and strategy formulation for high value deals. Coordinate with different product teams for effort estimates, commercial models and maintaining a healthy relationship with different teams and alliance partners.
2009 – 2010 (Dec – Sep)	Associate Manager Accenture , India Advised government customers in selection of best-fit information management and portal platform by addressing their business challenges and pain points. Won 3 out of 5 multi-million state portal implementation deals; Handled RFP response, proposal defence, estimation, commercials and PnLs. Supported consulting and sales teams for bid qualification, project estimations and selling Accenture services. Identify and assess strategic opportunities for content-driven Process Management services across verticals and geographies.
2002 – 2009	Sr Project Manager HCL Technologies , India Incubated and ran global delivery practice for Oracle Web 2.0 products, define Process and Content Management strategy & road-map, value enhancement, Created GTM strategy (USD 400K revenue, 40 consultants, 1 yr) Advised customers for process automation, provide consolidation and migration approach to target platform alongwith gap analysis, 5-year implementation roadmap, ROI and TCO. Led client engagements over program management lifecycle – understanding user needs and market opportunities, envisioning new solutions, architecture definition, design, implementation, and support strategies (Accountable for delivery, customer satisfaction and revenue for groupware projects). Managed IBM Domino based CRM product development for a healthcare giant and rollout in European region (5 countries). Saved the CRM product license cost (approx. €90,000) for the customer. Onsite coordinator for customers in Japan and USA.
