• Responsible for the design, testing and delivery of the grid sensors in the converter system for Vestas’ next generation turbines
• Took on additional responsibilities in developing the converter electrical diagrams, creating a local competency that was previously available only in Technology R&D Denmark.
• Results:
• Excellent performance translated to a promotion in July 2009.
• Successfully handed over the design documents to Engineering and Products on time, receiving good feedback from customers on clarity and completeness of documentation.
• Became proficient with the standards and development of electrical diagrams of the company, effectively transferring the knowledge to Singapore thus enabling better collaboration in the future.
