Defined and negotiated measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Critical Success Factors (CSF’s) to define the organisation’s long term strategy results. These indicators changed a Trade Commerce organization’s culture from an operational to a strategic focus.
• Analysed the product costing structure within a textile manufacturer to change from a traditional to an ABC product costing method. Implemented an ABC system to analyse operations for outsourcing options.
• Redefined cost centre hierarchy to control the expenses incurred within the maintenance and production departments resulting in annual savings of at least £400K per year.
• Facilitated client facing 'change management workshops', involving staff from across all levels of their organisation.
• Responsible for the implementation of plant maintenance processes for a large wine-producer. Operational improvements reduced costs and increased efficiency resulting in annual client savings of at least £500K per year.
• Integrated customer requirements at the design stage of the product within the media sector. Facilitated operations and reduced the manufacturing lifecycle of the product.
