Rajendra Shirole

Bio

Rajendra is the Director of MBA programmes at KBS and is involved with international development for the School, responsible for international policy and strategic relationship building. Rajendra’s research interests are in IT outsourcing and international management.



He is reputed for his thought leadership and substantive work in strategic management, outsourcing, enabling technologies and applications both amongst the academic and corporate Diaspora.


Distinctively qualified with an educational background in international management and computing Rajendra has successfully engineered management and technology solutions that are highly rated by corporations and his peers alike, worldwide.


He has successfully conceptualized, designed and implemented several turnkey information technology projects for government and private sector organizations in infrastructure, commercial and educational applications development in Europe, India and the United States.



Rajendra is an experienced business leader who believes that the corporate vision should be about engaging internal organizational metrics in order to do what an organization does best – applying their core competence in the market space. He continually stresses that managers must strive to get their organizational metrics right if they are to create and to provide evolution within their portfolio of activities.
