  • I was in charge of contacting customers in order to make a survey and collect the main information required. I had to deal with unsatisfied customers by listening and defining their problems in order to solve them. The survey was more qualitative than quantitative and the information collected had to be accurate in order to complete the market research.

  • As an intern I was in charge of market prospection, my main mission was to develop a business strategy and business plan for entering potential market. The market focused on was the Australian; I was responsible of all the strategy that had to be implemented in order to meet the company's objectives regarding the Australian market. It required data collection (mainly financial data) and analyses for controlling the possible threats and risks. The other part of the mission was purely strategic at micro and macro level. I had to use different models (financial and strategic) in order to complete the business plan and strategy. The other mission was based on the consolidation of the company's strategy regarding the Chinese and international market. I had to define the future needs of the company and make innovative recommendations for increasing the profit and market shares at a worldwide scale.
