2010 – present	Student (Full-Time MBA) Manchester Business School , United Kingdom Full-Time MBA - Projects and Activities Currently designing a value model for a global biopharmaceutical company to realise and quantify the ROI from their digital programme and alignment of their digital strategies, with the existing sales channels. Designing a Google AdWords campaign for a UK based digital media consultancy as part of the Google Online Marketing Challenge. Developed marketing and operations strategy for a café chain in Stockport, UK with the aim of increasing footfall and improving financial performance in face of stiff competition from low-cost subsidised competitors. Vice President, MBA Council – Manage all communication channels of the MBA council. Proactively setup social media channels (Facebook, Twitter) for MBA Council communications and a new communication platform for the student clubs. Collaborated with Citibank Poland to plan projects with budgets of up to $5M to launch online consumer banking products. Managed resource planning, cost estimations, project tracking, and status reporting to Senior Management. Structured software release tracking and status reporting processes to improve efficiency by 60%. Co-ordinated product development and implementation with teams spread across India, Singapore, Poland, UK, US and China.
2007 – 2009	Associate Consultant Oracle Financial Services Software Limited , Singapore Worked as a Team Lead for Citibank Singapore (Client). Developed excellent client relationships at an onsite engagement for implementing online consumer banking products for Citi Japan, lead to an internal recognition award. Trained, motivated and supervised a team of three consultants at Citibank Singapore to successfully implement a critical IT system in record time of 7 months, helped the bank realise cost benefits of $2M. 2005 – 2007	Associate Consultant Oracle Financial Services Software Limited , India Migrated a legacy credit card system to a modern technology platform, leading to cost savings of 30%. Developed part of an online customer acquisition application suite, for banking customers as part of a platform upgrade project for Citibank Japan.
