Sales and Marketing trainer and process design with over 15 years experience of managing teams to get optimum performance.

Designed and created a marketing strategy for the largest independant financial brokers in Tokyo. Our team out performed the rest of the world during my years with the company.

1998 – 2001

Royal Resorts , Indonesia

Based in Bali primarily with development roles in surrounding south east Asian tourist destinations. Began my career as a Sales executive for one of the leading fractional property companies in the world.
During this period I excelled in the role and quickly became the youngest Sales Manager ever in the history of the company. The experience I gained with this company has put me in a good position to always be the best in any sales orientated role.
My main duties were to present the benefits of owning a holiday home overseas and ensure that they bought on the same day after the presentation. My closing % was twice as much as any of the other 30 sales executives that were employed at that time.
