FAQs

What if your GMAT test is cancelled?

GMAC says that all GMAT and Executive Assessment exams scheduled at a test center that has been closed are either being rescheduled or cancelled. Registrants whose appointments are cancelled will be provided a full refund of their test fees and any appointment reschedule and cancellation fees.

All impacted test takers will be notified via email about their test appointment rescheduling or cancellation. The refund will be processed within three-to-five days of receiving the cancellation confirmation email.

If your appointment has been cancelled, it will not automatically be rescheduled. You will need to schedule a new test-taking appointment.
