Students can choose from three CAP modules, depending which direction they want their career to go: Business Finance, Customer Success Management, and Human Factors of Business Performance. Taylor has chosen Customer Success Management as she can further develop her existing managerial and marketing skills.
“I’m surrounded by such a supportive group of people,” Taylor concludes. “We come from all over the world and all have such different experiences. I’m excited to continue expanding my skills and growing in confidence.”
