Business Performance Analyst

LHS - Part of the Ericsson Group , United Arab Emirates
  • Sales process management:
  • I developed detailed pipeline reports per sales region and analyzed variances of actual against forecast and targets to create a GAP Plan
  • I performed statistical analysis of revenue versus cost of sales pertaining to different regions and prepared a Sales Performance Scorecard submitted to the Senior Management on monthly basis
  • Contract process management:
  • I reviewed bids and shared relevant data with Division Officer and made sure procedures and documents are in sync with the commercial offer sent out to clients
  • I ensured that data passed on to HQ for review is accurate
  • Sales Operational support:
  • I supported my sales team of 10 colleagues with analysis of financial report of the telecom operators which helps in determining Cap-Ex assigned for our product and in up selling
