  • I studied a full-time MBA in order to extend my managerial and leadership skills. The focus on entrepreneurship and the diverse, international student body – 87 students /42 nationalities – made Vlerick (Economist Top10 MBA 2009) my first choice business school.
  • PROCESS REDESIGN: Run management consultant project at the London-based start-up Localgiving.com and implemented new strategic and project management processes. Worked in close collaboration with CEO Marcelle Speller. The recommendations enabled the young company to grow further and to meet their ambitious goal of transforming the way local charities are funded.
  • PRICING STRATEGY: Undertook consultantcy project to develop a new retail pricing strategy for the Belgian manufacturer Brouwland that lead to the introduction of a new consumer segment enabling new revenue streams and laid the foundation for the European expansion of the family company.
  • ENTREPRENEURSHIP: Developed business plans from first idea to VC presentation including market analysis, marketing plan and forming strategic partnership with local businesses
