  • Project follow-up and participated in interdepartmental communication board meetings.

  • Drove change for the improvement of assembly-time efficiency: conceived a re-design that notably simplified the assembly of components, a saving potential of 100k€/year.
  • Conducted a root cause analysis for the failure of a critical component during the last certification phase (cost ca. 600k€). It allowed achieving successfully the certification milestone and reducing risks for forthcoming developments. Further, it was credited with having added substantial value and knowledge for future designs.

  • Collaborated in technical-economic feasibility studies of new structural designs.
