  • One of five partner founders and organizers of a €100K Music and Gastronomic Festival (Jamon Pop) based in a 15th century castle in a small town of Huelva (Spain). Average attendance of 2.500 people. www.jamonpop.es
  • Initiated a Music Festival with reduced support from local government and private institutions, gaining a national reputation and being considered by specialized press as a festival of reference.
  • Created and implemented a new and differentiated concept/brand where: music, gastronomy and environment go together. Designed the strategy of the festival leading the marketing and communications team of six.
  • Implemented an online based marketing plan resulting in national recognition. Work performed with customer analytics, graphic designers, communication agencies and social networks making our brand a reference at national level. Prize “Promotion of Huelva Abroad”. 5.000 friends in Facebook, 1.100 in Twitter.

Located in four countries with around 90 employees and €5m turnover, provides services throughout Europe to a wide range of clients, from SMEs to MNE´s, multi-stakeholder partnerships, universities and governments.
  • Partner and shareholder directing open innovation concepts to gain European Commission funded projects. Identified key development areas and developed strategy and implementation to become the most profitable unit of the company and a person of reference for both the company and the sector at national level.
  • Managed and developed a varied portfolio of multinational clients and projects from MSFT, Telefonica and Sony, to research centres, tech-SMEs and regional governments. Secured over £31m for our customers.
  • Successfully drove a team of 12 senior consultants through a period of change. Offered individual development through continuous coaching and training in services delivery and customer relationships. Created a cohesive, resilient and powerful team capable of overcoming any situation and continually exceeding client expectations.

  • Co-managed a team of six consultants in the Spanish Innovation Unit. Structured a new team through talent management, coaching, individual training and supervision. Led the relationship with some key accounts as Glaxo Smith Klein, Foundation Madri+d and Endesa.
  • Recognised as a high performer and promoted to become a member of the Steering Committee. Delivered strategic presentations to the Board and led the coordination of strategy and price policy with Italy and Holland.
