Professional Singer

Freelance Musician/Private Instructor
  • I have studied voice for the past 15 years. I have freelanced as a professional singer since graduating from my Bachelor's program in 2007. Performing in a variety of locations and styles on a request basis. I teach voice to students from ages 4 through 45 also on a request basis. My emphasis here is on the musicality of singers. This means my focus is placed on student's interpretation on stage of the music repertoire, which is accomplished through research and analysis. My secondary focus is on vocal technique. This involves detailed consideration of present technique and is followed with an analysis of where improvement is needed. This requires great attention to detail and self-awareness on the part of both teacher and student.
