  • As PLM Implementation manager, successfully led a team to win a Blue Diamond award; a joint HP and Rolls-Royce employee recognition scheme in recognition of outstanding performance, attitude and behaviour.
  • Seconded to Rolls-Royce from HP to provide consultancy based on high performance, contribution, engagement and management skills.
  • Solely accountable for establishing the first ever resourcing process within Rolls-Royce’s PLM programme, which will initiate a significant cost saving and prove invaluable to the business.
  • Selected to work as Project Manager at a senior corporate level within Hewlett-Packard and used strong influencing skills to build trust, gain buy-in and successfully contributed in obtaining funds to build and deploy an off the shelf ‘PLM in a Box’ prototype.
