  • Cameron led a new department for dedicated innovation management for Fidelity and their hundreds of clients. His role as Innovation Manager was to discover and prioritise opportunities for new innovation projects and manage the innovation backlog for new products, processes, prototypes, and R&D projects.
  • He piloted processes such as as stage-gate decision making, build-measure-learn feedback cycles, agile project management, and lean principles.
