  • Managed the Cost Reduction Evaluation Team to filter all the cost reduction initiatives for 2009, in both, technical and financial aspects, selecting the most profitable projects from the company's pipeline, looking for an increase on the company's savings and helping it to reach 150K USD from its annual objective of 2MD.
  • Managed the Product Safety Team to complete the product safety audits on the new range of 30' built-in products launched into the market at the beginning of 2009. More than 30 new models were certified and launched into the market at the beginning of 2009.
  • Managed the Packaging Team to develop a new packaging system for the new range of 30' built-in products launched into the market at the beginning of 2009. Six packaging systems were developed and validated according to ANSI standards to be used in the new range of products launched at the beginning of 2009.
