  • The development of an online platform is nearing completion; this is based on the Energy Performance Certificate algorithms that the government publishes and therefore should give an accurate of any home’s energy performance.

  • A start up taken to turnover of £6m, profits of £1.2m and 45 employees, before taking over a significantly larger competitor. Rapidly grown the business (at over 100% year on year, by turn over, head count and profit) from the start up through to sale to an international group. The takeover team of a larger UK competitor more that doubled the size of the business overnight.
  • As Operations Director, managed the bulk of the company workforce (approx 70%), including widely varying teams, from engineers to software technicians to create a market leading operation. Delivered all projects sold including high profile projects with large organizations (eg, Royal Mail, Thames Water, Virgin Media); Determined procurement policy and managed all suppliers.
  • Worked closely with sales teams to prepare bids, managing after sales and the customer relationship, and also carried out direct sales independently as required. Worked on behalf of customers and stakeholders to prepare future product requirements, managing conflicts and working with development teams.
