  • -Provided technical support to Mexican operator IUSACELL regarding CISCO ASR 5000 equipment working as Gateway GPRS Support Nodes (GGSN) for six months.
  • -Solved technical issues affecting both national and roaming data service in Mexico.
  • -Liased with suppliers in order to solved quickly technical issues.
  • -Assistance with improvements to 3G and 4G network performance installed new equipment such as Ericsson Diameter Signalling Controller equipment in order to improve 3G and 4G Network Performance.

  • ■Supervised 19 engineers, assigning them to projects according to their skills, abilities and knowledge of Ericsson equipment.
  • ■Managed training of all new Ericsson staff, creating workshops, facilitating training delivery and ensuring new staff members were up to speed in product information.
  • ■Configured and integrated of Ericsson SGSN MKVI and MME MKVI for TELCEL (Main mobile operator in Mexico) and performed rehomings of BSCs and RNCs for TELCEL.
  • ■ Managed the configuration for Ericsson GGSN Juniper 120 and M320, providing support on those nodes mainly for Latin America region. Integrated these equipments in Antigua and Barbuda,Chile, Venezuela,
  • ■ Identified and created new business opportunities for Ericsson and its customers. As engineer in field I was able to identify the needs of two customers and explained the advantages of Ericsson products, such as Gateway GPRS Support Node. This was bought by operator APUA in Antigua and Barbuda generating profit for Ericsson.
