Bio

With over 9 years experience across the whole spectrum of accounting in both professional practice and industry, I have a solid understanding of how finance functions operate and the core activities within finance. This experience enables me to quickly identify the systems, processes and risks that are appropriate for particular organisations or situations especially in understanding the correlation between key functions. I am able to approach a problem from new angles which are accompanied by experienced insights to turn concepts into reality ensuring successful implementation of any projects.

The recent completion of my MBA adds complementary skills and knowledge in the areas of Strategy, Organisational Behaviour, Change Management and Operations to my well-honed accounting and finance background. I have a strong and strategic business acumen developed through exposure in multiple industries and the need to communicate with all levels of organisational hierarchy.

I am looking for opportunities to apply my knowledge and skills to projects involving comprehensive changes including systems, process and organisational redesign. It is my belief that helping companies run more efficiently through changing or realigning existing practices and operations, where necessary, ultimately enables organisations to better respond to changing market environments and needs of their customers.
