Bio

I am currently on the Lloyds Banking Group Future Executives Programme taking part in two rotations through the core business of the bank in senior management level roles. My current role is as a Relationship Director in Commercial Banking focussing on the Healthcare Sector.

Prior to my move to Financial Services I was a high performing operational manager within the healthcare environment.

Within my career I have developed a proven track record of effective leadership, financial controls, analysis and change management. This includes management of large teams, 350+ WTE, and complex budgets. I have also successfully led a number of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects. These skills are underpinned by an Executive MBA from Henley Business School.

I have also had a variety of experience operating within large scale environments that have required strong relationships to be built across multiple areas and organisations in order to drive commercial opportunities and performance forward.
