Bio

I am an analytical and conceptual thinking person with seven-year techno-functional experience in Information & Technology industry. I have multi-cultural experience with leadership qualities that I gained while working with different nationalities in India as well as overseas across different functional teams.
With my knowledge on current technological trends and how companies can use it to create sustained competitive advantage, I have an excellent ability to understand client’s business needs and provide innovative and creative solutions.
Aside from my job role, I have always enjoyed working on project initiatives and strategies. I continuously strive to develop myself as an individual and as an inspiring business leader.
I completed my MBA from Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen and now looking for opportunities in technology strategy and business development area.

  • Implemented a new solution based on open source framework, reducing transaction-processing cost by nearly 20%. This solution brought in significant cost reduction in licensing and software costs for Amadeus and made Amadeus more responsive to client’s changes.
  • Analyzed change requests and created specification documents to transfer business needs into solutions.
  • Member of the innovation group that was involved in developing in new ideas that could bring new products to Amadeus suite of products. Winner of the internal innovation event organized at Amadeus Labs.

  • Led a six-member team across different locations to implement the standardized solution for American Express’s travel services. Completed different phases of project within budget and in time, providing global solution to ticketing agents.
  • Implemented a standardized system for travel services of American Express offices in Italy, Canada, Mexico and Japan. Cost saving in excess of USD 200,000 for each market due to this implementation.
  • Worked with complete ownership of projects and delivered them within timelines and budget. This I achieved by creating synergistic relationships with different team spread across the world. Involved in all the major projects from conceptualization to handover for our client. This gave me a deeper understanding of technology transformation process and value adding capabilities of it.
  • Coordinated onsite – offshore team tasks to keep the delivery targets on time and within budget.Prepared technology solution proposals as part of the reply to ‘Request for Proposals’ requested by the clients to achieve their business objectives.
  • Worked with technical leads in different projects to understand their staffing needs and addressed them utilizing the global delivery model of TCS.
