Leadership

• Provided global leadership and governance for SAP Portal, expanded usage to customers in Argentina and Canada, and led implementation/support for 13 brands in 3 countries (25k users, $3B in orders annually).
• Managed a team of 35 through the development of an e-commerce applications suite - a $7M project.
• Led co-op and entry-level hiring initiatives for US (50 co-ops/8 entry-level hires per year, 11 campus teams). Primary campus liaison for Truman for 6 years – placed 20+ co-ops and 10 full-time employees.

Analysis and Strategy

• Developed the technology strategy for Precision Ag. Division’s commercial operations – a $9M investment.
• Created customer-centric (driven by user surveys and analytics) design for mobile web portals for 11 brands.
• Collaborated with 12+ companies (including Intel and Cisco) to influence product features in SAP Portal.
• Led the development of a strategic direction for the Young Professionals Network - founding member of the organization. Developed company-wide sustainability event to support corporate sustainability strategy.
